Free Venue Hire for June & July 

Our packages are 2 nights & 3 days of pure luxury coastal celebration.

 

Breaking down our pricing: When you book a wedding at The Cove it includes a minimum of 2 nights and exclusive use of the property and all accommodation but you don't pay for your guest accommodation - your guests do. The rate you charge your guests is up to you. Then you would add food, drinks packages and any extras.

 

For this special price for winter, we'd recommend charging each guest $200 for their two night stay. For 100 guests, that is $20,000 you recoup.

This would mean that you would be able to completely cover your venue hire, meaning it is FREE and then add some for your food & beverage costs.

So, you can create a package to suit your budget and style. Our prices vary for season and time of week and we sometimes offer last minute rates.

Our Food Packages start from $55 per person and Beverages can be done on consumption paid by you, paid by the guests or get an all-you-can drink package starting from $60 per person - you can create the perfect menu and package that is suited to your budget and style.

For 111 Guests, for 2 Nights

    • 8 tents sleeping up to 4 guests each

    • Sleeping 23 guests across 7 rooms ​

    • 13 cabins sleeping between 2-6 guests each 

  • Linens, towels and cleaning service in all rooms

  • Bathroom products and toiletries

CEREMONY

Event Space

  • Use of The Cove's ceremony spaces

  • Use of the Wedding Hall for indoor ceremony

  • White bentwood-style chairs for outdoor ceremony

  • The Cove signing table and chairs

  • Portable sound system and microphone

RECEPTION & STYLING SUPPLIES

Use of wedding hall

  • Use of the styling supplies

  • Reception furniture: tables and chairs in wedding hall for up to 150 guest

STAFF & WEDDING COORDINATION

Wedding communications

  • Unlimited access to email and phone coordination for all venue matters from the moment you book

  • On site wedding consultation to go through all the details, menu planning and more relating to the venue.

  • A personal butler to welcome you with sparkling on the day of your arrival, run through everything, and assist with your first day prep

  • A dedicated coordinator from 8am- 6pm on day of event for assisting with general venue operations.

  • Food and Beverage Managers onsite and coordinating throughout your entire event across all days.

  • Security and management staff on site 24/7 throughout your event.

  • Dedicated wait staff to ensure the wedding party get platters of foods and trays of drinks during photographs​​​

FUN INCLUSIONS

The fun inclusions are for you and your wedding guests to enjoy during any of your wedding day events

  • Mobile Bar that can be set up anywhere you like

  • Use of the Wedding Hall or Tree Pavillion for welcome party

  • Use of the Village Green for events

  • Complimentary paddle board & kayak hire

  • Note that for this offer requires a minimum spend of $20,000, see a breakdown below. This can be allocated across the 2 nights, 3 days. You can add on things such as the Gelato Cart, breakfasts and your reception food & drinks to bring the minimum to $20,000. 

Food & Beverage Breakdown For 100 Guests

Day 1: Arrival

  • Host a welcome dinner, $35pp: + $3,500

  • Why not throw on a small bar tab to get everyone started? + $1,000

Day 2: Wedding Day

  • Breakfast Buffet for on-site guests: +$2,500 (flatrate) 

  • Let us create a stunning Afternoon Graze during Cocktail Hour: + $3,000 

  • Champagne Tower as your first big moment after your "I Do's": + $420 

  • Drinks package: 5 hour bronze at $60 per head: + $6,000 

  • Shared Feast: $90 per head: + $9,000

  • Gelato Cart for dessert (because it'd be rude not to): + $1,500

Day 3: Recovery Day

  • Throw a hugggee recovery breakfast for all your guests and say your goodbyes: + $2,500 (flatrate)

Total spend on F&B for 3 days: $26,920 based on our most popular packages

 

(if you have recouped more than your venue hire, this would deduct from your F&B costs too)
